A series of Final Cut Pro edits and/or sections that were excluded, due to needs for maintaining appropriate length amidst recent feature Youtube® uploads.

Here, we’ll be talking about my thoughts surrounding 5+ years of CKD+IF; that were not included in the two part “day in the life series” – one for during low to very low carbohydrate days and one on refeeding.
