Pea Protein Meat Loaf

This is an updated version over the previous (more elaborate) recipe (2017). Makes three.

  1. 200ML of water
  2. 2 egg
  3. Pinch of Baking soda, cream of tartar.
  4. 40g Tomato paste
  5. 1 tsp garlic powder
  6. 40ML Oils or fat source to equivalent 40ml/40g macros.

Mix everything with spoon. Use 30ML oils and the water to assist with the mixing. Reserve the 10ml remaining to glaze the ovensafe glassware for baking (this way negates the need for baking papers/parchment papers etc). Bake at 200-220 degrees C preheated fan forced oven. 30-35 minutes.

Check to see if the resulting bake passes the tooth pick test. Cool slightly before serving.
