Previously I shared an extended retrospect on my first trial of extended fasting (40+ hours). This is the second trial which took place on 25-26th of November 2023; on top of my usual 18;6-20:4 Intermittent fasting weekdays.
Once again as fullest apology ¬ as an aspiring author, content creator and my own non-disclosure bread and butter – I could not under any better possible chances to have finished producing and editing these very lengthy insight feature in time. Considering I am also working at my own discretion hours left each day (and night) towards manuscript full rewriting as part of the entire re-branding, not including full website redevelopment.
