Yet doing no favour -\u00a0 on the wallet.<\/p>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"bpj69\" data-offset-key=\"csjvc-0-0\">\n<p class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"csjvc-0-0\"><span class=\"veryhardreadability\"><span data-offset-key=\"csjvc-0-0\">I've collected enough years of self-metabolic experiment to conclude that hunger management in Keto+IF is more manageable<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"csjvc-1-0\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"bpj69\" data-offset-key=\"2hr61-0-0\">\n<p class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"2hr61-0-0\"><span class=\"complexword\"><span data-offset-key=\"2hr61-0-0\">Nevertheless<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"2hr61-1-0\">, I impose no <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"2hr61-1-1\">binary<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"2hr61-1-2\"> subscription to \"nutrition\". Below sample assumes that (very few) things still yet remains in the pantry, the fridge and the freezer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Eggs:<\/strong> $2 - $2.50<\/li>\n<li><strong>500g beef heart, livers<\/strong> or if I'm lucky - short dated chicken drumsticks : $3- $3.50<\/li>\n<li><strong>500ML<\/strong> EVOO: $4<\/li>\n<li><strong>Standard 500g <\/strong>block cheddar<strong>: $4<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1kg of carrots<\/strong> +\u00a0<strong>short dated vegs : kale<\/strong> \/ turnips \/ pumpkins : $3<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yoghurt 1kg<\/strong>: $3.50 - $4<\/li>\n<li><strong>3L full cream milk<\/strong>: $3<\/li>\n<li><strong>1kg <\/strong>Rice for refeeds: $1.4<\/li>\n<li><strong>500g <\/strong>pasta for refeeds: $65c<\/li>\n<li><strong>900g<\/strong> oats for refeeds: $1.2<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lebanese<\/strong> Flat breads for refeeds: $0.90<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Sample plan - $35-$45 (fit for a humble king)<\/h2>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"9m735\" data-offset-key=\"91mue-0-0\">\n<p class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"91mue-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-0-0\">As you can see and as <\/span><span class=\"complexword\"><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-1-0\">previously<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-2-0\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/nutritional-humility.me\/oxystaging\/\/what-i-actually-eat-cyclical-intermittent-fasting\/\"><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-3-0\">stressed<\/span><\/a><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-4-0\">\u00a0- $25-$30 per week for indefinite periods - <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-4-1\">are <\/span><span class=\"adverb\"><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-5-0\">simply<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-6-0\"> not sustainable.<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-6-1\">\u00a0Because of the <\/span><span class=\"adverb\"><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-7-0\">severely<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-8-0\"> limited carbohydrate refeed opportunities. Worse - condiment privileges are far and few. <\/span><span class=\"veryhardreadability\"><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-9-0\">Hence, these higher spending bracket once every two or three weeks serves an <\/span><\/span><span class=\"adverb\"><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-10-0\">adequately<\/span><\/span><span class=\"veryhardreadability\"><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-11-0\"> replenishing purpose<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-12-0\">. Also allowing the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/nutritional-humility.me\/oxystaging\/\/this-is-humility-whey-cheesecake-v2\/\"><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-13-0\">weekly dessert whey cheesecakes <\/span><\/a><span data-offset-key=\"91mue-14-0\">during Keto\/IF days.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>&lt;MOST OF THE ABOVE $25-$28 plan&gt; + few combination\/s of below;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Extra protein sources: burger patties \/ minces \/ whole chickens : $6.<\/li>\n<li><strong>500g<\/strong> no sugar added peanut butters: $3-$4.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Various<\/strong> condiments: mayonnaise\/s, mustards, minced garlic, extra herbs: $5.25<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cream cheese<\/strong>: $2.50 - $2.75 for Keto\/LC+IF whey desserts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>100g Gelatin powder<\/strong>: $3.5<\/li>\n<li><strong>4kg<\/strong> potatoes for refeeds: $3.5 (sadly unexplained price increase throughout the year)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rice based cereals<\/strong> for refeeds: $2.5<\/li>\n<li><strong>2Litre Low Fat Ice Creams<\/strong> for refeeds: $2<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ebokxq.dm.files.1drv.com\/y4mjvo36FYZiV_nWz25lSYwXj5YnQSAKRNSUJpNnLrfcrbtuoRRtYoA23MfhyfnWih6xLcbpJwB-BPsqJkrPjzLJqDwweE3aJ5GI1Hg7g5tjyMRMaEfFFO3K-IzaozinJJYu9wrcfLsCI36lTYPeeI_zIQud1LkyMtBj5x6fFMEDjL5CktIb9CYdleQ8IalNuRHRgbltn2ZpQMSSsjOt39VBw?width=1169&amp;height=659&amp;cropmode=none\" width=\"1169\" height=\"659\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>(Sample) Longevity Analysis.<\/h2>\n<p>Now then, how long do these supplies actually last?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>12x 600\/700g Eggs:<\/strong> 2.25 used per day (if also counted towards the making of whey cheesecake as dessert) on average amongst Keto+IF days. Up to 4.5 days of longevity per carton of 12.<\/li>\n<li><strong>500ml<\/strong> EVOO: 15ML to 20ML per day used = 29 serves average. Theoretically, up to 29 days of longevity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>250g<\/strong> cream cheese: 50% used per week's batch of whey cheesecake (see recipe V2). Hence 2 weeks of longevity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Greek Yoghurt 1kg:<\/strong> from 250g (during Keto\/LC+IF) for whey cheesecake + sporadic use \/ or whey gelatin dessert recipe, to 250g (each day during 2x refeed days) = approx 500g-600g per week. On average up to 12 days of longevity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Condiments (various).<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Mayonnaise: $2 250g pesto mayo (ALDI\u00ae Colway brand for example) =15-20g each per day. Up to 12 days of longevity.<\/li>\n<li>Mixed herbs: $1.60 for 25g. 3 grams each used per day. Up to 8 days of longevity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>The cheese:<\/strong> variable longevity.\n<ul>\n<li>For the expensive gouda = $4 for 200g at 40g each serve during Keto+IF = 5 serves, hence, 5 days of longevity.<\/li>\n<li>Or - For ordinary cheddar = $4.5 for 500g at 45g each serve during Keto+IF = 11 serves. Hence, 11 days of longevity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>3L Full cream milk:<\/strong> anywhere between 250ML to 300ml per day of use of Keto+IF (dilute with water + xanthan gum), and from 600 to 800ml used during each refeed day. = At best &lt; a week. Sometimes there are days I have to only use no more than 200ml per day of Keto+IF.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Variable meats -<\/strong>&gt; variable longevity.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Raw weight 500g<\/strong> beef mince typically yields 425g usable cooked amount. Servings wise - 50g on the low end (combined with other sources such as organ meats), or 100g on the high end. Hence, 5 usable serves across 5 days longevity on average.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Entire chicken<\/strong> at $6 (best price I found was $3 though a rare find amongst Asian delis') typically yields up to seven (7) usable serves cooked amount. Hence 7 days of longevity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>1kg of chicken drumsticks<\/strong> at $4 or if I'm lucky $3.50 for short dated - yields 4.5 cooked serves. About 4.5 days of longevity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>500g livers<\/strong> (either beef, lamb or chickens) - yields around 450g of usable cooked amount. 100g each serve, about 4.5 days of longevity. However due to its insanely high Vitamin A I eat it no more than three times per week,hence longevity may vary on up to 10 days of use.<\/li>\n<li><strong>500g of ox hearts<\/strong> - yields more or less the same usage and longevity as beef minces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vegetables<\/strong>: various longevity.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1kg carrots:<\/strong> 50g to 75g serve (grated \/ processed with mini chopper) per day = 17 serves. Hence 17 days of longevity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>1 bundle of kale<\/strong> (short dated) between 400 to 500g. 100g (raw uncooked weight amount) as average use per day =\u00a0 4 to 5 serves. Hence 4 to 5 days of longevity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>1 kilogram of pumpkins<\/strong>. Between 50 to 80g of (uncooked weight amount used) per day = 14 to 15 serves. Up to two weeks of longevity, if also turned into DIY pumpkin purees.<\/li>\n<li><strong>1 entire head of cauliflower<\/strong> (approx 1.5 kilogram). Between 100g to 150g (uncooked weight amount used) per day = ten serves. Up to ten days of longevity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Carb sources during 48 hour or 2.5 day refeeds<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>1kg rice:<\/strong>\u00a0120g used (dry weight used) per day of refeed meal. Hence, for up to 8 days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>400g Rice based cereals<\/strong>: 160g (dry weight) per day used. Hence, up to only 2 days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Potatoes:\u00a0<\/strong>up to a month and half.<\/li>\n<li><strong>900g Oats:\u00a0<\/strong>100g (dry weight) used per day. Up to 9 days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>500g pastas:\u00a0<\/strong>100g used (dry weight) per day of refeed meal. Hence up to 5 days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lebanese breads:\u00a0<\/strong>finished pretty much in two days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2Litre Low fat ice creams \/ neapolitan flavour:\u00a0<\/strong>350ML used per day of refeed. Hence up to 5.7 days<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>There are other things I'd wish to elaborate. But it is not practical to fit them all into this one singular post.<\/p>\n<p>Besides, I have <em><strong>much more<\/strong><\/em> important matters to discuss. I am <\/span><span class=\"adverb\"><span data-offset-key=\"6hab9-1-0\">certainly<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"6hab9-2-0\"> brought up very <\/span><span class=\"adverb\"><span data-offset-key=\"6hab9-3-0\">conservatively<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"6hab9-4-0\">. But now uninstitutionalised as one would never expect considering my <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Indonesia\"><span data-offset-key=\"6hab9-5-0\">ethnicity<\/span><\/a><span data-offset-key=\"6hab9-6-0\">. What I implore is a question that begs to <\/span><span class=\"passivevoice\"><span data-offset-key=\"6hab9-7-0\">be reconciled<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"6hab9-8-0\"> amongst ourselves.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote><p>That is - \"What if\" <strong>Intermittent Fasting<\/strong> were an \"open liberty\"? Expected yet not enforced. Encouraged yet unimposed.\u00a0Would <strong>society<\/strong>\u00a0then be a different place?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I wholeheartedly think so.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/4Z9WVZddH9w\">Peter Joseph stated way back in 2011's <em>Moving Forward<\/em><\/a>, one reason that keeps our current economics system going - is <strong>consumption.\u00a0<\/strong>There is however one mirror image to this word \"<strong>consumption<\/strong>\" I cannot let go of in my head for however number of years. Somehow - the word \"<em><strong>ownership<\/strong><\/em>\" - remains somewhere or somehow, connected.<\/p>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"9m735\" data-offset-key=\"dsj8v-0-0\">\n<p class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"dsj8v-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"dsj8v-0-0\">This led me to believe that by gaining <\/span><strong>ownership<\/strong><span data-offset-key=\"dsj8v-0-2\">- one also gains a permit - to <\/span><strong>consume<\/strong><span data-offset-key=\"dsj8v-0-4\">. \"Ownership\" today <\/span><span class=\"passivevoice\"><span data-offset-key=\"dsj8v-1-0\">is glamourised<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"adverb\"><span data-offset-key=\"dsj8v-3-0\">quantitatively<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"dsj8v-4-0\"> as amassing enough haven of goods. All for displaying purchasing power. Such pursuit resonates amongst a company's EBITDA graphs. Stocks performance charts. Balance sheets, profits and loss statements. Or that of an entire country's GDP.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>But underneath these graphs and charts - represents real biological beings. Succumbing to these <em>feel-good<\/em> allures of \"standards\".\u00a0 If\u00a0<strong>\"Growth\" and \"Progress\"<\/strong>\u00a0bear different \"standards\" to the eyes of a peasant, against that of a politician or a plutocrat.... Who then, do you think has a higher seat, display or fervour of power to dictate <strong>how<\/strong>\u00a0or <strong>what<\/strong> growth and progress \"means\"?<\/p>\n<h2>Who then; should \"own\" the qualitative meaning of \"consumption?\"<\/h2>\n<p>My \"answer\", be however utopianist it may seem - <em><strong>is that of our own capable and willing - nutritional selves.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"9m735\" data-offset-key=\"2k2k7-0-0\">\n<p class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"2k2k7-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"2k2k7-0-0\">All economic systems and means of distributions demand a harmonious \"Order\". Qualified by <\/span><strong>quantified <\/strong><span data-offset-key=\"2k2k7-0-2\">validations. <\/span><span class=\"hardreadability\"><span data-offset-key=\"2k2k7-1-0\">After all, Governances and\/or Institutions loves putting entire biological citizens as source of blame<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"2k2k7-2-0\">. For any \"lack of progress\", \"lack of growth\", \"lack of GDP\" or \"lack of contributory output\" <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"2k2k7-2-1\">back to the <strong>economy<\/strong><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"2k2k7-2-2\">. \"Growth\" or \"Economy\"\u00a0for what? <strong>New F16 fighter<\/strong> jets in place of cancer research funding?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=37N0aFmO19o\">All economic systems throughout history<\/a> rely on collectivist ideologies to coerce, guide and display what is binarily right and wrong. Establishments and institutions stems from this very purpose.<\/p>\n<p>What is correct \"<strong>enough<\/strong>\" for them then, should therefore be (in their interpretation) a <strong>display<\/strong> <strong>of Equality.<\/strong> For all the rest underneath the ladder. Can they truly condense biological chaos into binarily-ordered subservience? <strong>I think not.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=37N0aFmO19o\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=37N0aFmO19o<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Coercively also - \"growth\" both glamourises and perpetuates hedonism (watch 3:45 onwards). Hedonism necessitates even more desire to gain\u00a0<strong>permission<\/strong> for more\u00a0<strong>consumption<\/strong>. Advertising perpetuates this through an ironic contradiction. The more such a race is instilled upon individuals at accruing these<strong> haven of securities<\/strong> -\u00a0 increasingly also becomes susceptible at instilling themselves more\u00a0<strong>in-securities.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\"<a href=\"https:\/\/nutritional-humility.me\/oxystaging\/\/part-3-3-universe-25-mouse-utopia-go\/\">Materialism\" - I'd still wager<\/a> do nonetheless serve as means of a tangibly objective-reward.\u00a0But their <strong>meaningfulness<\/strong>\u00a0is <strong>biologically<\/strong> restrictive to just one (1) pragmatic use and\/or context, at a time.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b>Do you justify the biological<\/b><strong>\u00a0<em>needs<\/em><\/strong> of multiple Lamborghinis parked in just <em><strong>one<\/strong><\/em> garage? For <strong>one<\/strong> space? For <strong>one<\/strong> driver? At any given time?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Likewise \"investing\" (a polite derivative for \"owning\")\u00a0<strong>a dozen<\/strong> homes where one can only <em><strong>sleep<\/strong><\/em> in <strong>one home, at a time.\u00a0<\/strong>Or a dozen 50\" plasma display screens where you can only <em><strong>watch<\/strong><\/em> <strong>one at a time<\/strong>. Or ten mobile phones in your drawer all claiming to have the same \"smartphone\" functionality. Without conflicts or differences?
