*High level overview*<\/h2>\n

A spreadsheet like app that allows users to input a recipe of ingredients and with a submit \/ cost analyse process button - returns to the user with a return prompt of the costs gathering breakdowns on:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The INITIAL INVESTMENT cost of how much it takes to gather the ingredients (Australian pricing, foods and current market conditions according to majority prevalent pricing \/ market conditions pricing RRPs). Eg. Initial purchase of 1kg of plain flour, 1kg beef mince, A carton of 12x eggs, etc.<\/li>\n
  2. EACH MEAL cost - to represent how much it cost, to produce this meal based off the initial investment<\/li>\n
  3. Approximate calorie breakdown for each meal\n
      \n
    1. Kcals<\/li>\n
    2. P \/ F \/ C ratio<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. Inspired by chronometer - the user can add \u201crows\u201d of inputs - each designating an ingredient making up that feature meal. Each row contains therefore
      \n1. The title of the meal
      \n2. the arithmetic input: \u201chow much\u201d.
      \n3. Metric inputs: grams or kilograms<\/li>\n
    4. This is restricted to only one (1) meal at a time, at the time of this beta public release candidate.\n
        \n
      1. *Flows*<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        There are two (2) pages. The main dashboard (Calculate) and Results (analytics \/ saved results).<\/p>\n

        **As immediate action \/ starting point**<\/h2>\n

        - The user is immediately greeted with the main input dashboard, where they are presented with a welcome screen, basic instructions on how to use this calculator and the inputs, as outlined above.
        \n- The user can add as many \u201crows\u201d each indicating per ingredient, of a food item that cumulatively constructs a given meal.
        \n- Once the user has:
        \n- Identify and specify the food item
        \n- Specify the amount in the amount input
        \n- Specify either grams per kilogram
        \n- Repeat for whoever many items needed for each ingredient
        \n- There are also other optional inputs, which are reserved for biometric \/ metabolic convenience tracking
        \n- An input for BMR \/ RMR (if known)
        \n- An input for TDEE (if known)
        \n- Then the submit button becomes eligible to be clicked leading to the next screen below<\/p>\n

        **Result \/ feedback screen**<\/h2>\n

        - The user is presented with a cost breakdown results that showcase:
        \n- How much is the INITIAL INVESTMENT cost overall for each of their food item or \u201crow\u201d.
        \n- How much is the overall MEAL COST - for each meal.
        \n- The calorie breakdowns (with pie graph representing the P\/F\/C ration in percentages). The built in AI automatically researches and gathers the most accurate food composition and\/or macronutrient breakdowns as according to Australia and\/or New Zealand food database currently available \/ re-share for public domain.
        \n- As for the costs - the built in AI automatically researches and fetches the retail supermarket pricing as accordingly to present market conditions.
        \n- The user can save and export these into a spreadsheet or a PDF export.
        \n- The user can view their past history of inputs and\/or meals
        \n- They can reset \/ restart = to reset the process to start over the process, this automatically \u201csaves\u201d the assessment into their history \/ results page (within a sidebar).<\/p>\n
